Courses

Law schools, bar associations and professional bodies are starting to offer courses that focus on business skills. Here are ones that I am aware of. Unfortunately many of them require you to be a fee-paying student or member. But I list them here in case you want to compare their course content with what is on this blog.

Undergraduate or graduate law courses:

Business Law and Policy: A Client's Perspective - course taught at National Law School of India University in 2022-23
Law 434 - Business Skills for Lawyers - course offered at UCLA School of Law since 2021

Professional development programmes for qualified lawyers:

Milbank @ Harvard
